Azalea v-neck knot top for knit fabrics (PDF)

 

Basic fit: Fitted at the shoulders and bust, relaxed at the waist and hips top with medium depth V-neck finished with an accent knot, designed for knit fabrics. Comes in hip length top. Offered with short, elbow, 3/4 or long sleeves. Can be made as a sleeveless top with the armholes finished with bindings. 

The pattern offers the following options:

View B - a top with short sleeves
View C - a top with elbow, 3/4 or long sleeves

The pdf pattern comes in US0-US30 sizes in PETITE, REGULAR and TALL height range. 

 

DIFFICULTY

The pdf pattern is a beginner (3/10)  level and moderately easy to sew. 
Takes 2-3 hours to finish (time may vary depending on your skills, equipment and supplies).

Light to medium wrinkle resistant and well draping knit fabrics with at least 30% horizontal and 20% vertical stretch

Bodice:

US0-US12 0.8 m / 1 yard
US14-US30 1.3 m / 1 1/2 yards

Sleeves:

SHORT SLEEVE  0.4 m / 1/2 yard
ELBOW / 3/4 SLEEVE 0.6 m / 3/4 yard
LONG SLEEVE 0.8 m / 1 yard

For a sleeveless version 

5 cm / 2 in of lightweight knit fabrics with minimum 50% stretch like tricot, knit lining, lightweight performance, lightweight cotton Lycra/Spandex and similar fabrics.
