The Story

Featuring:  Cut entirely on the bias, this woven skirt sits at the natural waist with a fabric casing enclosing the elastic. Two darts at the back provide shaping through the hips. The silhouette is relaxed through the hips, with a gentle flare toward the hem characteristic of bias-cut construction. Comes in above the knee, knee, and mid-calf lengths. Hem is finished with a rolled hem.

This pattern is designed for well draping woven fabrics.

Techniques to master:  cutting and sewing on bias, elastic casing, darts.

Comes with a detailed tutorial with step by step instructions and photos.
