Delta knit shawl collar dress and top with princess seams (PDF)

 

Featuring:  fitted at the shoulders, bust and waist, flared at the hips dress or top designed for knit fabrics. Features front and back princess seams,  a waistline seam and a faux wrap shawl collar. Can be finished as a sleeveless dress or top or with long, 3/4, elbow or short sleeves. Comes with a slightly flared knee or below the knee length A-line skirt or slightly flared faux wrap hip length peplum top or a regular peplum top. The front collar can be secured with a permanent stitch or with a hidden button / a hook. Compatible with sleeve and skirt pack add-ons. 

The pattern offers the following options:
View A - a dress knee / below the knee length with pockets, finished with long sleeves
View B - a sleeveless dress knee / below the knee length
View C - a faux wrap hip length peplum top with long sleeves

The pdf pattern is a beginner level pattern (3/10)  with easy to follow detailed tutorial.

3. Braided or clear elastic 7-10 mm / 1/4-3/8 in wide equal to your waist measurement plus 25 mm / 1 in.
