At Sinclair Patterns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your physical pattern or kit doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused patterns in their original packaging, ensuring all instruction booklets and pattern sheets are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
